Was just spending some time with God yesterday while preparing for the "hideous" role of playing guitar and leading worship at the same time to an audience that is close to 30 people? Well, in the midst of preparing my heart and after the teaching and worship tonight I felt more certain of what God wanted to speak to me. Well... feels more like a rebuking? Haha.
Galatians 3:3-5
"Are you so foolish? After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain your goal by human effort? Have you suffered so much for nothing - if it really was for nothing? Does God give you his Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, or because you believe what you heard?"
God's place cannot be replaced. Not in the hearts of people, not in works, not in anyway at all.
Galatians 5:25
"Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit."
