The Cost of Disobedience

Very often people would think of the cost of disobedience as some bad karma, a very angry God or on the extreme curses falling upon one's head. Not so.

1 Timothy 4:16
Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

The cost of disobedience is beyond ourselves. It can cost the people around us, those whom we hold dear. Thus, it is important that no matter how tough times get where God doesn't feel so real, circumstances don't go our way, all odds seem to be against us; I will persevere in the Lord. For God & the people around me, I will persevere.

P.S. Dear God, that my heart may yield to You - always.
